DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this privacy policy, the following terms are used:
  • Administrator - the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data

PROCESSING PURPOSES AND ACTIVITIES

Newsletter
The newsletter system is proprietary software that does not use solutions from external internet platforms.
The User who wants to receive the newsletter must provide his e-mail address via the newsletter subscription form. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
The e-mail address provided when subscribing to the newsletter is used to send the newsletter to the User. The legal basis for processing the e-mail address is the User's consent, expressed when subscribing to the newsletter.
The e-mail address will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless the User unsubscribes from receiving it, which will delete the e-mail address from the newsletter database.
The User may at any time correct his data stored in the newsletter database by contacting the address anna@blwrecipesblog.com.
The User may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Unsubscription can be done in several ways:
Comments
The comment system is proprietary software that does not use solutions from external internet platforms.
The User who wants to add a comment on the website must complete the comment adding form and provide his e-mail address and name. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to add a comment.
The data provided in the comment adding form is used to publish a comment on the website, and the legal basis for their processing is the User's consent resulting from adding a comment.
The data will be processed for the duration of the comments on the website, unless the User requests that the comment be removed. Deleting a comment will delete the User's data from the website database.
The User may at any time correct his data assigned to the comment, as well as request their removal by contacting the address anna@blwrecipesblog.com.

Contact form
The User who wants to send an inquiry via the contact form must provide his e-mail address and name and surname. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to send an inquiry.
The data provided in the contact form will be processed in order to answer the sent inquiry, and the basis for their processing is the User's consent resulting from the initiation of contact.

  • social tools - plugins provided by Facebook and Pinterest social networks, which the Website uses for marketing purposes (promoting the Website).
  • Gravatar - a service provided by Automattic Inc., used to link the User's e-mail address, adding a comment on the Website, with an avatar (profile photo) registered in the service. The website will use a service to personalize Users' comments with an avatar.

SERVER LOGS

The data stored in the server logs are in no way associated with specific entities using the Website. The server logs are an element of website administration, and their content is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.

In connection with the processing of personal data, the User has the following rights:
  • the right to access your personal data,
  • the right to rectify personal data,
  • the right to delete personal data or limit their processing,
  • the right to object to the processing of data,
  • the right to transfer data,
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the User previously gave such consent,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
